Head Chef Pizza


Managing the kitchen team, including Dough Chef and Kitchen Assistants.
Leading food preparation and production.
Designing and evolving Dough & Stone’s menu.
Leading on delivery platform management.
Taking responsibility for food safety and best hygiene practices, in line with
the Safer Food, Better Business model of best practice operation.
Maintaining stock and wastage controls and tracking management.
Leading on stock ordering.
Maintaining safe product storage and rotation.
Setting sales targets in collaboration with Directors.
Overseeing all kitchen systems and maintenance.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Additional preparation, cleaning and administration hours on other days as
agreed with Directors.

Kitchen operation and production experience essential.
Pizza chef experience desirable.
Current Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate desirable.
Safer Food, Better Business experience desirable.
